When a person's life is going through a transformational change phase, many conflicting emotions arise. From inspiration and curiosity to fear and depression.
As a rule, such a stage begins with some destructive event. And then the person is given a choice: he/she stays there, in the past, or makes a step forward.
In this case, the past, even toxic and destructive, can attract with its habitualness. And a step forward can be frightening because of the unknown, because no one guarantees that it will be better there.
At this stage, a person has to familiarize himself with himself, to accept not the most pleasant parts of himself.
If a person has the strength and courage to get to know himself better and make the choice to go into the unknown, new trials begin, which pose new complex questions, require new reactions and patterns of behavior.
